I have uploaded three .pdf files for the book Knowing Knowledge:

Section 3

I will upload high resolution versions to Lulu on Monday, so if you would like a physical copy of the book, it will be available at that time.

At the On-line Educa conference 2006, you mentioned that there will be an on-line gathering in February 2007 of established researchers and PhD researchers to collaborate on new research to enrich your work with (emperical) research.

As a -just started- PhD-researcher on a closely related topic, I'm excited to join this project in February!
